Refund Amount — How Much Do You Get Back?
The refund is the full fare minus a flat cancellation charge per passenger:
- Sleeper (SL) / Second Sitting (2S): Deduct ₹60
- Third AC (3A) / AC Chair Car (CC): Deduct ₹120
- Second AC (2A) / First AC (1A): Deduct ₹240
Cancelling Before Chart vs After Chart
