Is Tatkal Ticket Refundable?
Tatkal tickets have no refund on voluntary cancellation. If you cancel, you lose the entire amount. The only exception: if the train is cancelled by Railways or delayed by 3+ hours, you can file a TDR and get a full refund including the Tatkal charge.
