What does train running status show today?

Live running status shows: current delay in minutes, last station the train crossed, expected arrival time at your station, and sometimes the platform number. This updates every few minutes as the train reports its position.

How much delay is acceptable to still catch the train?

If the train is delayed at the origin station, expect similar delay at your boarding point. A 30-60 minute delay is common — reach the station 15-20 minutes before the new expected arrival. For 2+ hour delays, watch for rescheduling or cancellation announcements on NTES.

What to do if train is heavily delayed today

Can I get a refund if my train is 3 hours late?

What is the difference between delayed and rescheduled?
