Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using PNR Alert at pnralert.in. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

PNR Alert is an independent third-party service that helps Indian railway passengers track their PNR status and receive WhatsApp notifications when their ticket status changes. We are not affiliated with IRCTC or Indian Railways.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PNR Alert. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use PNR Alert only for lawful purposes. You must not:

4. WhatsApp Alerts

By subscribing, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages from PNR Alert about your PNR status, journey reminders, and service commands such as unsubscribe confirmations. We run the scheduler every 30 minutes, but each PNR is fetched based on journey date: generally every 6 hours when travel is more than 3 days away, every 2 hours within 3 days, and every 30 minutes on the journey date. We do not guarantee delivery of every alert.

5. Accuracy of Information

PNR status information is sourced from third-party railway APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is correct or up-to-date. Always verify critical travel information directly with IRCTC or Indian Railways. PNR Alert is not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by our service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

PNR Alert and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including missed trains, incorrect status information, or failure to receive alerts.

Your use of PNR Alert is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time by visiting our Unsubscribe page, replying STOP to unsubscribe from all alerts, or replying STOP followed by a PNR number to stop one ticket. Unsubscription is usually immediate, but queued messages may still arrive briefly.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
